"The days of old" (c) Paris

I have been known to buy random things. There have been many times were I have dropped between $5.00 and $10.00 on something just for the hell of. It makes life more interesting.

Such was the case yesterday when I was at Amoeba on Haight St. I went there looking for records, but surprisingly I didn't find anything I wanted. I started walking down the Rap CD isle, which I haven't done for a minute, when something caught my eye. I stopped at the "P" section and saw the album "Sleeping With The Enemy" by Paris... in a CD box. The funniest thing was that "The Days Of Old" from that album started playing on my Mp3 player. I was surprised to see it in a CD box in 2008. This was a brand new copy originally issued in 1992.

To make a long story short, I bought it... simply because it was in the CD box. I already own the CD, and it's not even one of my favorite albums. I really did buy it simply because Amoeba was selling it in the CD box.

I mean it was only $7.00... hahahaha.
